Refund Policy

1) Technical issue protection

If a technical failure or material generation defect makes a paid video unusable for its intended property-marketing purpose, contact support@abodevid.com with the purchase details and a clear description of the issue.

After reviewing the reported issue, AbodeVid will first provide a correction or replacement for the affected video at no additional cost. If we are unable to provide a technically usable corrected or replacement video, we will approve a refund for the affected purchase.

2) What this protection covers

This protection covers technical failures and material output defects that prevent the video from being used as intended. It does not normally cover a change of mind, subjective style preferences, issues already present in the uploaded source photos, or requests that fall outside the purchased service.

AI-generated camera motion can occasionally alter visually ambiguous details. Customers must review the completed video against the original listing photos before publishing it. A material generation error that makes the result technically unusable can still be reported under the correction process above.

3) Charges made in error

If you believe you were charged in error, billed incorrectly, or experienced a duplicate charge, please contact support@abodevid.com. We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

4) Merchant of record

Payments for AbodeVid are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and remain subject to its payment-processing requirements.

5) Subscription cancellations

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, cancellation will stop future renewals. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for charges already processed, except where required by law or approved at Lemon Squeezy’s discretion.

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support@abodevid.com so we can review the issue and try to resolve it directly.
