About Marketing Kit
What the Marketing Kit is, what it includes, and where its limits are.
What is an AbodeVid Marketing Kit?
An AbodeVid Marketing Kit brings the marketing materials for one property into one coordinated package. Depending on the kit and any connected Premium property video, it can include a Property Brochure, buyer property page, seller presentation/report, Campaign Content, lead capture and page-view and lead analytics, an organized download package, and branded 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 video assets.
What does a Marketing Kit include?
A Marketing Kit can include a designed Property Brochure, a shareable buyer property page, a private seller presentation/report, Campaign Content, property-page enquiry capture and page-view and lead analytics, and an organized ZIP download package. Branded 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 video assets are prepared when the kit is connected to an existing Premium property video.
Is a Marketing Kit created for one property?
Yes. Each Marketing Kit is built around one property so the same listing details, photos, highlights and agent branding can be reused across the materials prepared for that campaign.
Can I create a Marketing Kit without a property video?
Yes. You can create a Marketing Kit with property details and photos. A connected Premium property video is only required when you want the branded 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 video assets.
Does Marketing Kit turn my uploaded photos into a video?
No, not inside the Marketing Kit media-assets flow. AbodeVid creates the source property video through its paid Premium video workflow; a Marketing Kit can then use a connected Premium property video to prepare branded campaign video formats. Your property details and photos can still be used for the non-video parts of the Marketing Kit.
Does AbodeVid automatically publish my campaign to social media or property portals?
No. Marketing Kit prepares platform-specific campaign drafts and can provide supported copy, open or share actions, but it does not automatically publish your campaign everywhere or syndicate the listing to property portals. Portal and social links shown in seller reporting are recorded links, not proof of automatic publication.
02
Creating a Marketing Kit
Property details, photos, price settings and listing context used to build a kit.
What property details do I need to create a Marketing Kit?
The create flow uses a listing title, address or location, property type, display size, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking and a property description. You can also set the currency and price visibility, add Property Highlights, and provide optional AI Campaign Details for extra marketing context.
How many photos can I upload?
You can use up to 20 listing photos in a Marketing Kit. Photos preloaded from a connected Premium property video and photos you add manually count toward the same 20-photo total.
What is the maximum photo file size?
Each uploaded photo can be up to 12 MB. The Marketing Kit supports a maximum of 20 photos in total.
Can I reuse photos from my Premium property video?
Yes. When a Marketing Kit is started from a connected Premium property video, available source photos can be preloaded into the Marketing Kit create flow. You can also add photos manually, subject to the 20-photo total limit.
Can I reorder my photos?
Yes. Marketing Kit photos can be reordered. Brochure photo selection and order can also be managed for the chosen brochure design.
Can I hide the property price?
Yes. You can choose whether the listing price is shown. When price display is disabled, downstream property or campaign copy can use a 'Price on request' style presentation.
What are AI Campaign Details?
AI Campaign Details are optional context fields for Interior size, Land size and Target buyer. They help provide context for marketing text and are not required property fields or guaranteed brochure facts.
Can I add custom Property Highlights?
Yes. You can choose built-in Property Highlights and add custom highlights. The Marketing Kit can save up to 12 normalized key features, although the selected brochure design may only use the number of highlights supported by that layout.
03
Profile & Branding
Why agent profile details are required and where branding is reused.
Why do I need to complete my profile?
Different Marketing Kit outputs reuse your agent branding and contact information. Completing your profile helps AbodeVid place the correct name, title, phone, website, profile photo and logo in the materials that require them.
Which profile details are required?
The current Marketing Kit create flow checks for your full name, email, title or role, country, phone, website, office address, profile photo and agent logo. Different brochure and campaign layouts can use different combinations of those details.
What happens if my profile is incomplete?
The Marketing Kit create flow asks you to complete the missing profile fields before the kit is created. This prevents outputs that rely on agent branding or contact information from being prepared with missing details.
Will I lose the Marketing Kit details I already entered when I complete my profile?
No. The current create flow opens the required profile editor inside the Marketing Kit page, so you can complete missing profile fields without leaving the form. The property details, selected brochure, photos and current create state remain on the page.
Where are my logo and contact details used?
Your agent branding and contact details can be reused across brochure layouts, the buyer property page and other campaign materials that support those fields. When branded video assets are prepared from a connected Premium property video, the contact outro can include your logo, name, specialty, phone, email and website.
04
Property Brochures
The 17 current brochure designs, photo selection and sharing options.
How many Property Brochure designs are available?
The current Marketing Kit create flow includes 17 Property Brochure designs. These are the brochure designs currently exposed for selection in Marketing Kit.
Why do different brochure designs require different photos?
Each brochure layout has its own image structure, such as a hero image, feature images, a wide feature image or gallery images. The create and edit screens show the photo requirement for the selected design.
Can I change the brochure design later?
Yes. The Marketing Kit edit flow lets you switch between the 17 Property Brochure designs. A design change can require a different brochure photo selection or order before the relevant brochure output is updated.
Can I choose and reorder brochure photos?
Yes. You can select the photos used by the chosen brochure design and manage their order. Extra photos that are not selected for the brochure can still remain available for the buyer property page.
Can I download and share my brochure?
Yes. You can review the brochure, download the available brochure image or PDF, and use the available email and WhatsApp share actions. You can also edit the Marketing Kit when property or brochure details need to change.
05
Video & Media Assets
How a connected Premium property video becomes branded campaign formats.
Does every Marketing Kit include video assets?
No. Branded 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 video assets require an existing Premium property video connected to the Marketing Kit. A manual Marketing Kit can still prepare its non-video outputs without a connected source video.
What is a connected Premium property video?
It is an existing Premium property video linked to the Marketing Kit as its source video. Marketing Kit uses that source video for branded campaign video formats instead of creating a new source video inside the kit.
Which branded video formats can Marketing Kit prepare?
When a valid Premium property video is connected, Marketing Kit can prepare branded 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 video assets. These are the current landscape, vertical and square campaign video formats.
What branding appears on the video assets?
The branded video assets can include a contact outro with your agent logo, name, specialty, phone, email and website. The required branding and contact fields must be complete before those media assets can be prepared.
Why are my video assets missing?
Branded video assets require a connected Premium property video and the branding and contact fields used in the video outro. If either the source video or required profile details are missing, the 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 media outputs may not be available.
Does Regenerate Campaign regenerate my videos?
No. The current Regenerate Campaign action does not change branded video media assets. It rebuilds campaign copy and the dependent campaign-facing materials covered by that regeneration flow.
06
Campaign Content
Platform-specific drafts, editing, sharing and the current regeneration limit.
Which platforms are included in Campaign Content?
The current Campaign Content set includes Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, Email and Listing Copy. The exact fields vary by platform, such as Instagram caption ideas, YouTube title and description, buyer and seller WhatsApp messages, email subject and body, and reusable listing copy.
Can I edit the generated captions and messages?
Yes. Campaign Content drafts can be edited before you use them. Individual text fields can also be copied, and supported platform flows can open the relevant share or compose action.
Does AbodeVid automatically post Campaign Content?
No. AbodeVid prepares platform-specific drafts and supported copy or sharing flows, but it does not automatically publish the content to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X or every other channel for you.
Can I regenerate Campaign Content?
Yes. You can edit Campaign Content manually, and the current Regenerate Campaign action can rebuild campaign copy and dependent campaign-facing materials. Regenerate Campaign is a separate action from the branded video media-asset workflow.
How many times can I use Regenerate Campaign?
The current Regenerate Campaign action can be used once per Marketing Kit. Manual Campaign Content editing remains available, but the full campaign regeneration action is not unlimited.
What does Regenerate Campaign update?
The current regeneration flow rebuilds campaign copy and updates the dependent campaign-facing materials for Campaign Content, the buyer property page, brochure and download package. It does not regenerate or replace the branded video media assets.
07
Buyer & Seller Experience
The public buyer page, enquiries, page-view and lead analytics, and private seller review.
What is the buyer property page?
The buyer property page is a shareable public listing page for one property. It can show the property video when available, photos, price or Price on request, key details, brochure, agent contact options and an enquiry form.
Can buyers send me a property enquiry?
Yes. The buyer property page includes an enquiry form for the relevant property. It collects a full name, email, phone, preferred viewing date and message, with a valid email required for the enquiry.
What lead and page analytics can I see?
Marketing Kit provides property-page lead capture and analytics, including page views, total leads, new, contacted and archived lead counts, conversion rate and last viewed information. It is not a full CRM or automated sales pipeline.
What is the Seller Presentation or Seller Report?
It is a private seller-facing experience for reviewing prepared marketing assets, campaign progress and a performance snapshot. The seller report can also include seller-specific updates, next actions, recorded portal or social links, and a private review flow.
Can the seller approve the presentation or request changes?
Yes. A seller can approve the presentation or submit a change request for areas such as photos, description, price, brochure or another issue. The agent reviews and applies the requested change through the supported workflow.
Can the seller edit the live Marketing Kit directly?
No. The seller can review, approve or request changes through the private seller experience, but does not directly edit the live Marketing Kit. The agent reviews the request and makes the relevant update.
08
Downloads & Content Rights
What the organized ZIP can contain and how original content is handled.
What is included in the Marketing Kit ZIP download?
The organized download package can contain the brochure, ready video files when connected Premium video outputs are available, original photos, optional separate logo-branded photo copies, social copy, WhatsApp and email messages, Listing Copy and useful links. If an expected asset is not ready, the package can include a missing-assets file instead of presenting it as complete.
Are my original photos modified or watermarked?
No. Original uploaded photos are kept as original files in the download package when you include them. If you request branded photos, AbodeVid creates separate logo-branded copies rather than modifying or watermarking the original photos.
Who owns the content I upload or create through AbodeVid?
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create through AbodeVid. AbodeVid can process, host, transform and display that content as needed to provide the requested service, and you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and use the property photos and other content you submit.
09
Plans & Video Access
Current paid-only video policy, Premium-only creation and subscription cancellation.
How do I get access to property video creation?
Property video creation is available through paid access. Review the current Pricing page for the paid options available when you want to create a Premium property video.
What type of property video does AbodeVid create?
AbodeVid creates Premium property videos. When video outputs are required, Marketing Kit branded video assets depend on an existing connected Premium property video.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The current Pricing page shows the paid access options available when you start or return to AbodeVid.

Troubleshooting
What to do when a kit, brochure, content set or media output appears incomplete.
My Marketing Kit is still processing. What should I do?
Refresh the existing kit once and check whether processing completes. Avoid repeatedly creating the same Marketing Kit, because the existing kit state may need to be checked; contact AbodeVid support if it remains incomplete.
Why is my brochure missing?
The brochure is prepared through its own output flow, separate from Campaign Content and branded video assets. If the brochure remains missing after the kit finishes processing, contact support so the existing Marketing Kit and brochure state can be investigated.
Why are my branded video assets missing?
Check that the Marketing Kit is connected to an existing Premium property video and that the profile fields used for the branded contact outro are complete. The current video asset flow requires the source video plus the supported logo and contact details.
Why is Campaign Content incomplete?
A complete Campaign Content set currently covers Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, Email and Listing Copy. If the set remains incomplete after the Marketing Kit processing page refreshes, contact support so the existing kit state can be checked.
Why can I not regenerate the campaign again?
The current Regenerate Campaign action can be used once per Marketing Kit. After that regeneration has been used, you can still edit Campaign Content manually, but the full regeneration action is not available a second time for the same kit.
Why do I see English content for a market that is not fully localized?
Campaign copy uses country-based language generation for selected markets. Markets that are not fully mapped can fall back to English, and some structured property labels or highlights may also remain in English.
NEED HELP WITH AN EXISTING KIT?
Still have a question?
If a Marketing Kit, brochure, Campaign Content set or branded video asset appears incomplete, contact support so the existing kit state can be checked before you create the same kit again.
