Privacy Policy

1) Who we are and the scope of this policy

AbodeVid provides property marketing tools for creating Premium property videos and coordinated Marketing Kits. A Marketing Kit may include a property website, brochure, Campaign Content, buyer enquiry capture, seller presentation or report, analytics and downloadable campaign assets. This policy applies to the AbodeVid website, application and related support communications.

2) Information we collect

• Account and profile data: name, email address, role, phone number, website, office address, profile photo, logo and other branding details you provide.
• Property and project data: listing details, addresses, descriptions, prices, features, media, project settings and generated output metadata.
• Uploaded and generated content: photos, videos, logos, text, brochures, social copy, email copy and other Marketing Kit assets.
• Buyer enquiry data: information a visitor submits through a property website or enquiry form, such as name, email address, phone number and message.
• Seller experience data: seller-report access, review responses, approval or change requests, campaign updates and links recorded by the account user.
• Contact and support data: messages, attachments and contact details sent through our contact form, email or support channels.
• Transaction data: purchase, subscription, credit, invoice, status and refund metadata received from our payment provider. We do not need to store full payment-card details to provide the Service.
• Technical and analytics data: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, page views, referrer, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, diagnostic logs and security events.
• Connected-service data: authorization records, tokens, account identifiers and publishing metadata required for a feature you choose to connect.

3) How we use information

• Provide, generate, host and deliver the Service and the outputs you request.
• Publish or share property websites and private seller links according to your settings.
• Route buyer enquiries to the AbodeVid account responsible for the relevant property.
• Provide property-page, lead and campaign activity information within supported reports.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, credits, cancellations and refund requests.
• Authenticate accounts, provide support, troubleshoot errors and communicate service notices.
• Measure site and product usage, improve performance and understand which features are useful.
• Prevent fraud, spam, abuse and unauthorized access, and comply with legal obligations.

4) Public property websites, buyer enquiries and seller reports

A property website is designed to be publicly accessible when you publish or share it. Information placed on that page—including property details, media and agent contact information—may be viewed, copied or indexed by others. Do not publish information that should remain confidential.

When a visitor submits an enquiry, AbodeVid makes that enquiry available to the account user or property marketer responsible for the listing so they can respond. That recipient is responsible for using the enquiry lawfully and providing any additional privacy information required for their own business.

Seller presentations and reports may use private, hard-to-guess links, but anyone who receives a working link may be able to open it. Account users are responsible for choosing recipients and protecting shared links.

5) Analytics, advertising measurement and cookies

AbodeVid uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on its marketing website to understand visits and site performance. GA4 may receive technical and usage information through cookies or similar technologies, including page events, device and browser data, approximate location and referral information. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy documentation.

AbodeVid also uses the Meta Pixel on its marketing website and application to measure advertising visits, understand whether a campaign leads to a completed account registration, attribute results and improve campaign performance. Meta may receive page URLs, referral and advertising-click information, browser and device data, IP-derived approximate location, cookie or similar identifiers and standard events such as PageView and CompleteRegistration. AbodeVid does not explicitly add a name, email address, password or registration-form values to its CompleteRegistration event call. Depending on the matching features enabled in the relevant Meta data-source settings, Meta may also process matching information under its own terms and privacy documentation.

Browser settings and supported privacy tools can be used to limit or clear cookies. Blocking analytics or advertising measurement may reduce attribution accuracy but should not prevent access to the main marketing pages. Where required, you may also use available platform or advertising preference controls to manage personalized advertising choices.

6) Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record as described in our Refund Policy. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes payment and billing information under its own terms. AbodeVid receives the transaction and subscription information needed to activate purchases, manage credits, provide support and keep financial records.

7) Google and YouTube API data

If you choose to connect a Google account for a supported YouTube feature, AbodeVid may receive:

• Google account information used to associate the connection with your AbodeVid account.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to perform the action you explicitly request.
• YouTube channel identifiers and upload metadata such as title, description and visibility.

We retain OAuth tokens and related connection data while the connection remains enabled and as needed to provide the requested feature. If you disconnect YouTube or authorization is revoked, we delete the active tokens and related connection data from production systems, subject to limited security logs, legal retention duties and backup rotation.

You can revoke access from your Google Account settings. You may also request deletion by emailing support@abodevid.com. After identity and request scope are verified, applicable Google user data is deleted from production systems within 30 days; residual backup copies are removed as backups rotate.

AbodeVid’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

8) When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information in these circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting, storage, email delivery, support, security, analytics, advertising measurement and other vendors that process data to operate the Service.
• Payment provider: Lemon Squeezy for checkout, tax, billing, subscription and refund administration.
• Account users and enquiry recipients: buyer enquiry data is shared with the account responsible for the relevant property.
• Services you connect: information is sent to a third party when you authorize and request that integration.
• Public or shared outputs: content is disclosed when you publish a property website or share an asset or report link.
• Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse or enforce our terms.
• Business changes: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

9) Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the type of information, whether your account or published output remains active, support and security needs, contractual requirements, dispute resolution and legal or accounting obligations. Deleted data may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups rotate.

Account users can remove selected content through available product controls or request account and data deletion by contacting support. Some transaction, security or legal records may need to be retained after an account is closed.

10) Security and international processing

We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect data, including encrypted transport, access controls, server-side secret handling and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

AbodeVid and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use measures intended to support lawful international transfers.

11) Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive a copy of certain information. You may disconnect supported integrations and manage cookies through your browser. Send requests to support@abodevid.com; we may need to verify your identity.

12) Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information about a child through AbodeVid unless you have a lawful reason and authority to do so.

13) Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email when appropriate.
