Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how AbodeVid handles refund requests, billing questions, charges made in error, and subscription cancellations.

1) General policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not generally offered for purchases made through AbodeVid.

2) Charges made in error

If you believe you were charged in error, billed incorrectly, or experienced a duplicate charge, please contact support@abodevid.com. We will review the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

3) Merchant of record

Payments for AbodeVid are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing and may issue refunds in certain cases at its discretion.

4) Subscription cancellations

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, cancellation will stop future renewals. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for charges already processed, except where required by law or approved at Lemon Squeezy’s discretion.

5) Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support@abodevid.com so we can review the issue and try to resolve it directly.
