1) Service

AbodeVid provides tools to turn photos into marketing videos. Some features may allow publishing to third-party platforms (for example, YouTube) when you explicitly request it.

2) Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3) Your content

• You retain ownership of your content (photos, text, branding assets).
• You grant us permission to process your content solely to provide the service (rendering videos, applying overlays, exporting/publishing when requested).
• You represent that you have the rights to upload and use your content.

4) YouTube connection and publishing

• YouTube uploads are performed only when you click Publish to YouTube in the app.
• Uploads may be subject to YouTube limits, policies, and processing time. We do not control YouTube availability.
• Default visibility is Private unless otherwise shown in the app.

5) Prohibited use

• Do not use the service for unlawful content or to violate third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not abuse the platform or bypass rate limits.

6) Availability

We aim for reliable service, but the service may be unavailable at times (maintenance, outages, third-party failures).

7) Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbodeVid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
